Lynn and Kyle’s destination wedding started out with a Zoom call with RG Memories Photography, where we talked all about their Italian dream videography needs. From there, we discussed timings and logistics, exchanging WhatsApp numbers to keep everything as easy and smooth as possible going forward. Their dream destination was set on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, and they found the perfect wedding planner in Marco from Romantic Italian Weddings. Lynn and Kyle were all set to get married at the stunning Villa Baroncino.

With a Thursday wedding, we were already in Italy by the Sunday before, ready for a face-to-face meeting with the beautiful couple to finalise their wedding day plans. It’s always nice to know your videographer is already in the same country as you for your big day — ready to go as much as you are! Another great part of being there early was being able to capture Lynn’s bridal party from the early morning, right through to the evening when the couple both jumped into the pool!
